If you're claiming or managing a business on YeboReview, these Terms are binding.
Businesses may be listed on YeboReview via public data, customer submissions, or our editorial team. To claim your profile:

✅ Agree to use the platform lawfully and transparently
❌ Do not impersonate a business you do not own or represent
We reserve the right to approve or reject claims at our discretion.
By using YeboReview for Business, you agree to:
Maintain accurate information: Keep your business hours, contact info, and services up-to-date.
Respond professionally: Treat customer feedback respectfully, even if it’s critical.
Avoid manipulation: Don’t incentivize, fabricate, or pressure customers for reviews.

Offering discounts in exchange for ratings
Retaliating against reviewers
You may upload images, descriptions, offers, and reply to reviews. In doing so:
You grant YeboReview a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content on our platform.
Your replies must be respectful, accurate, and relevant.
We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our guidelines.
Verified businesses gain access to engagement insights (e.g., views, response rates, rating trends).
These analytics are for internal use only and may not be resold or misrepresented.
We may offer paid features such as:
Featured listings
Sponsored content
Review management tools
All fees, billing, and refund policies will be clearly stated in the respective terms of the product or service. YeboReview reserves the right to adjust pricing or offerings with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your business account if you:
Violate these Terms
Are linked to fraudulent reviews or abusive replies
Misuse platform features or misrepresent your business

YeboReview is not liable for any reviews, customer opinions, or business outcomes resulting from ratings on the platform.
Businesses use the platform at their own risk.
We do not guarantee increased revenue, customer traffic, or visibility.
YeboReview complies with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Do not sell your business information to third parties.
